The MBA Association (MBAA) strives to enrich the MBA student’s college experience by providing them with an opportunity to associate and interact with the faculty, fellow students, administration, and local business community leaders on and off campus. The Association achieves these goals by hosting various business and social events during the year. Some of the noted events are: guest speaker meetings, softball BBQ, beach picnics, networking mixer at a local restaurant, community service, faculty discussion panel, and participation in Business Week. The two major events held by the MBAA are the Semi-Annual Banquet and the Annual Career Fair. The banquet is the final social event of the semester that recognizes the hard work and dedication of board members as well as outstanding participation of selected members. The Annual Career Fair is dedicated to providing networking and career opportunities to talented MBA students.
